How do you get an answer from Ticketmaster? ›

Can I use a screenshot of my mobile ticket to enter? Your barcode includes technology to protect it, so you won't be able to use screenshots or print outs.

If you logged on with multiple devices or browsers, log out from all of them. Then clear your browser's history and cookies before logging on to 1 device to try again. Try to use your carrier's data network if you're on a mobile device instead of a Wi-Fi connection.

You do not need to print your tickets. The ticket barcode can be scanned at the venue from the screen of your smartphone. By turning up the brightness on your phone screen you'll be able to scan your ticket quickly and easily, getting you into the venue quicker.

Will the person I transfer tickets to need a Ticketmaster account? Yes, and it takes just a few seconds to create one. If they already have an account, be sure to use the email address associated with their Ticketmaster account, so it's even easier for them to accept their tickets.

On our site, you can choose the seats that suit you the best, among the seats that are assigned to the sale by the organizer. To access this booking method, choose the option "Select your own seat" when you are on the event page.

Logging into our site and entering the temporary queue before the start of ticket sales does not mean that you are at the front of the final queue. When ticket sales start, the temporary queue is refreshed and everyone who is in queue is assigned a random place.

Is it better to use the Ticketmaster app or website? Use both! From our experience, buying tickets on the Ticketmaster mobile app is smoother and we seem to get to the front of the queue quicker.

We'd recommend that you try accessing your tickets through both the app and your account on our website. If you still can't see the barcodes, please try clearing your browser data, or use an alternative browser.

There are several reasons why your barcode may not be available including that the ticket has been forwarded, the ticket had been forwarded to you and has since been canceled or recalled, or you are a group or premier buyer and the ticket status has changed.

Unlike the traditional ticket, the e-ticket is a ticket that can be printed at home in color or black and white from your printer connected to your computer. It uses a unique and different barcode for each ticket.

Your phone is your ticket.

If being able to customize your ticket resale process is important to you, including how you are paid, StubHub will offer you better options. While we were more inclined to choose StubHub for reselling tickets, Ticketmaster tends to be the better option for buying tickets.

Use the Web Inspector to bypass the queue system

Select the Network Tab. Check “Preserve Log” Visit the booking page where you will be kicked out to the Queue-It system (Just visit the page as per how you will browse a website on Google Chrome) Now, your Web Inspector will have a list of network requests as shown.
