Cut board into three pieces using a miter saw. Dry fit the pieces around the window and frame. Add 2 pocket holes on the inside of the 2 small pieces of wood. Lightly sand wood with 120 grit sandpaper and stain the pieces. Once dry, add 2 keyhole pockets in the back edge of the two small pieces using a keyhole bit.
