Aşure. Aşure is kind of like porridge but traditionally eaten as a Turkish dessert rather than a breakfast food. It's a mixture of grains, nuts beans, chickpeas, figs, oranges and oranges and we found it being cooked in a huge pot in the spice market, filling the air with a sweet, Christmassy scent.

PYM Kitchen is a buffet, unlike Pym Test Kitchen at Avengers Campus in Anaheim, California. We have dined at PYM Kitchen twice now and enjoyed it both times. Most of the photos in this review are from our March 2023 visit (a small amount are from 2022). We made reservations 60 days prior for PYM Kitchen. It can be a hard reservation to secure.

That's rigatoni and ditalini pastas with plant-based meatballs, tomato sauce, and dairy-free parmesan! It's $13.99 and comes with a mandarin, coconut milk yogurt, and a choice of low-fat milk or water. At first bite and glance, we weren't able to tell that this is plant-based. The cheese and even the meatball were flavorful.

Quantum-sized Pym-ini Sandwich ($99.99) - Salami, Rosemary Ham, Provolone and Sun-dried Tomato Spread on Toasted Focaccia, served with Marinara Dipping Sauce and Arugula Salad.
