Chief of Army LTGEN Rick Burr has removed 2 Squadron, Special Air Service Regiment from the Army's Order of Battle following the release of the IGADF inquiry into war crimes committed in Afghanistan. In a statement, LTGEN Burr said that crimes had been committed 'throughout the Regiment' but that there was a 'nexus of activities' in 2 Squadron.
