Here's what you do with Stealth A (I assume you're playing it ): Basic (sectors 1-2): Don't spend any scrap until you have 85 (sell System Casing at the first shop and buy Shields which cost 125). Stealth Cruiser - Requirements - Engi Crewmember (before you get the quest). Put some extra energy into the engines so your FTL charges faster in a fight and just run. Run all the way to sector 8.
