Tips for making Healthy Waffles with Lemon & Chia Seeds. This is a basic method of combining dry and wet ingredients separatly, then mixing them together. There's no need to whip egg whites for these waffles. You do want to make sure your waffle maker is preheated before you begin cooking though. I always switch it on first thing so it can heat.
