10-inch doilies. scissors. tape or glue. cupcakes. Directions: Cut out the center of the doily, so the trim is about 1 1/2"- 1 3/4" tall. Then, cut the trim into 3 equal sections for the wrappers. Wrap around your cupcake and secure with tape or glue.
