Mesa del Mar ist ein kleiner Ort, der zu Tacoronte gehört. Wenn man dort die steile Serpentinenstraße runter fährt, erblickt man zuerst ein zwölf-Etagen hohes blaues Haus. Diese Apartmenthaus ist aus vergangener Zeit als der Tourismus noch boomte. Mittlerweile ist es kaum bewohnt und befindet sich in einem nicht sehr guten Zustand.
