Preheat the oven to 395°F (200°C). Mix the fresh cherry tomatoes with a generous drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt, a pinch of sugar, a few torn basil leaves, and one chopped garlic clove. Spread the tomatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until the tomato skins are wrinkled and tender.

Instructions. Cut open each tomato and scoop out the seeds. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the oven to 400. Place the tomatoes in a baking dish. Fill with equal portions of each cheese, sprinkle the tops with a little of each seasoning and top with bread crumbs. Drizzle the olive oil over the top and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
