Hudson Table offers hands-on classes at a chef's table with counter seating, reservation-only dinners, and competitions, where two chefs — each working out of a fully outfitted work station — go head to head, allowing customers to judge. This week, Hudson Table comes to Philadelphia with a location at the Piazza in Northern Liberties.

In 2018, teen brothers Hudson and Jackson Forsyth-Beck started growing veggies in the front yard of their rental home in Squamish, B.C., selling pickles.That turned into a busy farm stand over the years.But now, their family is facing eviction. Their father Robert Forsyth posted a video in a Facebook group appealing for help to find a home — and freezer space — to save about 10,000 pounds.

The competition consisted of 4 courses, including dessert. The dessert was by far the best course. There were some dishes that weren't the best but it's all part of the experience. After tasting each dish, you cast a vote for the chef that prepared your favorite dish and at the end of the night, they announce the winning chef.
