The manmosa can be made in a number of ways, sometimes without vodka but we're "manning it up" by adding citrus/orange vodka to the manmosa along side the wheat beer (Blue Moon in this case). The beer adds the bubbles to the manmosa to make it sorta like the carbonation level of orange and champagne in the mimosa.
