1) Mix dough. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients listed above: 1 cup cornmeal or masa flour, 1 cup sourdough starter, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 cup oil or butter of choice. If you opt to use coconut oil or butter, lightly heat it as needed to make it soft and easy to work with.
