35 Derek Bell Helmet Light and Shade
This helmet, obtained direct from Derek is from 1981 when he was racing for Porsche and won Le Mans with Jacky Ickx in a Porsche 936 run by the 'works' team. Signed clearly on one side the helmet is in good condition despite having been extensively used. A rare opportunity to obtain a helmet used by one of the all-time sports car greats.

In sportscar racing, he won the Le Mans 24 hours five times, the Daytona 24 three times and the World Sportscar Championship twice. He also raced in Formula One for the Ferrari, Wheatcroft, McLaren, Surtees and Tecno teams.

Derek Bell is only one of the 3 drivers winning 5 times Le Mans. This rare Rothmans overall and helmet were worn by Derek Bell in the 1987 season.
