First, you'll pop the pork shoulder and butternut squash in a slow cooker alongside onion, coconut water, fish sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.Then, after a five-hour cooking time, you'll drain the pork and squash mixture, shred the pork, and serve it over cooked rice.
