This Easy Homemade Rye Bread made with caraway seeds tastes delicious and is a wonderful, wholesome change for sandwiches, toast, or just served with butter along with a meal.. In a large mixing bowl, combine rye flour, 2 cups all-purpose flour, instant yeast, baking cocoa, brown sugar, and salt. In a glass measuring cup, combine warm water, molasses, and vegetable oil. Mix into flour ingredients. Add enough remaining all-purpose flour to make a smooth dough that is no longer sticky.
