Mix broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds and raisins in a large bowl. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in a separate bowl. Pour dressing over vegetables. Just before serving, add bacon.

Add 1 tablespoon of the remaining bacon fat to a medium bowl that you'll make the dressing in. To the dressing bowl, add the mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar and salt & pepper. Stir until smooth. Taste and adjust if needed (e.g. add more sugar or vinegar).

Instructions. In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and paprika to make the dressing. In a large bowl add in the broccoli, raisins, bacon and red onions. Pour dressing over the broccoli salad, mixing gently to cover entire salad. (You can use a large bowl with a lid to shake the dressing around in as well.)

Mix it. In a medium bowl, mix together the tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, ginger, turmeric, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Thin it. Add 2-3 tablespoons of warm water to thin out the dressing so that it's nice and pourable. Start with 2 tablespoons and add another one if necessary. Adjust & serve.
