First, the weenie con huevo would pass muster if you made it at home at 2:30 AM in a drunken stupor. it was literally, a sliced up hot dog and, I think, a single scrambled egg on a tortilla. There was nothing 'chef-y' about it. Nothing that upgraded it beyond its oh-so-humble ingredients. The gorditas were fine. The beans were good.
